My husband has always known the way to my heart. This was my Christmas gift!
And with the addition of a 35mm 1.8 lens I can now take photos any time of day (or night). Gosh, no more perching close to a southern facing window waiting for clouds to clear. What will I do with all the time I'll save?
I guess I can work on four new necklaces that are partially underway.
WOW!!
ReplyDeleteThe pics look great!
and that first necklace you show is SOOOOO FABULOUS. omg i want it!
Zowie!
ReplyDeleteLove the gift....(((envy)))).
Love the gorgeous shots..... and LOVE the gorgeous new pieces! Wonderful work Gen!
Sweet! My hubby got me something similar awhile back. I do like to do the natural light thing and no longer have to juggle boards and reflectors on my little shelf but especially in winter its great to have an alternative! Your pieces look great too!
ReplyDeleteBlessed be the husbands who support the arts of their wives. For they, too, will be blessed in return from the fruits of their arty-ness.

I just started reading your blog. Love your gift...jealous! I love the photos of the necklaces!
ReplyDeleteI've just started to follow your blog and I love your work and your approach to art. What a specal gift of the photobox from your wonderful husband! (photographs are great!)Is the photobox one that he made for you "from scratch' or is it one that can be purchased? We have read all the articles on making your own, but have "struck out" having much success with them and are looking to maybe save up to purchase one......which is why I'm asking. Thanks!
